This site will showcase some of my miscellaneous interests...web graphic fun...and cats!. This is my "vanity" site - which will sometimes be a complete bit of silliness!

I decided to name this domain site "delicate flower", because that's what I like to (jokingly) call my little orange kitty, Missy (pictured right). It just seemed like a fun domain name!

But this web site won't be just about kitties. Missy, the Petite Delicate Flower will just be a "mascot". This site will be about many things - things that I didn't find a place for on my other domains. (I am a domain princess!)

Right now my main focus is web graphics. I have started a linkware and patriotic web graphics sections! I was inspired to create the patriotic graphics after the events of September 11, 2001. Many of the graphics have the theme "God Bless America". More patriotic "themes" are in the works.

"Linkware" are some free web graphics "sets" that I offer to webmasters - all that is required to use them for free is a link back to this site. I also require a link back for the use of any of the patriotic graphics.

My kitty Missy, the petite delicate flower...

Missy came to us a few years ago, in the dead of winter. She was hopping (yes, hopping) outside our back door. The ground was so cold, and her little paws were freezing! So she was hopping to avoid the cold ground. Pretty sad.

Apparently the neighbors (who supposedly "owned" her) didn't want her inside, and so had a habit of putting her out in freezing weather. She seemed desperate to come into our house where it was warm. The neighbors had no interest in reclaiming her. So, she has been our faithful kitty ever since, and is very happy (and warm!).
